dinaibm Posted September 5, 2012 Report Share Posted September 5, 2012 I've valid visa till 2015 and my company applied (4th Sep) for L2 Extension for dependents in Normal processing and they said the receipt will get it in approximately 25 business days. (Visa is expiring on next week) Meanwhile we're traveling to India on Sep 29th for vacation, Is USCIS receipt required before traveling ? What will happen if i travel without receipt ? How many days will it take to get receipt ? Link to comment
