khapee Posted September 5, 2012 Report Share Posted September 5, 2012 Hi, My L1A visa is valid till 13 July 2013. H1B COS is applied on 30 April 2012 and still pending in initial review. My question is that if H1 gets approve then my status will automatically change on 1st October (on the date mentioned in approval notice) or it will only change when I join the new employer?
