Attorney_10
Generally, filing an I-140 immigrant petition does not affect one's eligibility for H1B status. H1B is a dual intent visa, which means the beneficiary may have the intent to remain temporarily or permanently in the U.S. Please schedule a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney to discuss the specific facts of your case and any issues you should be aware of before applying for a H1B visa at a U.S. consulate abroad.
