H1B status and I-140 application

Hello,

I am currently holding H1B sponsored by my University and valied till middle of 2013.

I am going to apply for green card next month in EB1 catagory.

I also planned to visit my coutry India in December and stamped my passport.

Do you think, I can face any trouble due to filing I140 during passport stamping ?
