L1 b extn denied but still i94 is valid

Hi,

My L1 B is valid till sept 20th 2012 and I applied for extn before expiration date through premium process because I wanted to go back to my country for personal reasons and just wanted to make sure that I have valid i94 if coming back.

Now my extn application has been denied but my visa is still valid

Can I apply L1 B extension again as my stay is still valid in US till sep 20th?
