H1-B Utlization - New Employer

Hi,

I have one major concern. My current Employer X (in India) has initiated (April 2012) my H1-B and petition is in approved status in US govt site for client Y (Project/Client has closed now),

As per my current assignment (Europe client) doesn’t allow me to move from India at least for 1 year :(.

In this case, If I join new employer in India then can I use my H1-B visa? If yes then what all are documents I should have to present to my new employer,so that they can work on transfer petition/travel process.

I am in dilemma that I should continue my current job with holding H1B (not sure about travel date/new assigment) or should I switch :(.

Please share expert comments. TIA :).

HI Surendra, I am in same position as you, please dont leave your current Job before you are 100% sure on this..

Thanks Rohit. I shall wait in current employer until damn sure that I can utilize my H1-B in new employer.
