Attorney no longer eligible

Hi All,

I applied for h1b this MAY. My company recently got a mail from USCIS stating that my lawyer is no longer eligible to represent my case stating 'USCIS will communicate directly with you unless a a new Form G-28 is filed with the agency by an eligible' .What does this mean shoud my company hire a new lawyer to file G-28 or ? I still dont have an RFE on my case and the case is still in initial review. Any help will be appriciated.
