tina30 Posted August 27, 2012 Report Share Posted August 27, 2012 (1) L1B visa expiring on 24th Sept 2012 and I-94 expiring on 15-Oct-2014 and my current employer not filing my L1B extension ... (2) COS applied (L1B to H1B) through another consultant and got an RFE for my applied H1B petition ... (3) If H1B petition not approved till 24th Sept 2012, will I have to leave US and go back to my country or can I stay in the US legally? (4) If yes, what will be my status and would this period (25th Sept till the my H1B petition gets approved date) be a problem when I go back to my country to get my new H1B stamped ? Link to comment
