Approved I140 - job change - no Labor/I140 - another job change?

hi,

I had I-140 approved when working for Company A.

I switched job to Company B during my 5th year of H1B. I got 3 yrs of extension based on approved I140

Now, for some reason, Company B can not process Green Card. They have not filed for Labor/I140.

Question -

1. If I switch job again and move to Company C, how much years of visa will I get?

2. If Company C is willing to sponsor GC, can I port PD from Company A's approved I140?

It will be really helpful if someone can provide information on this
