Can someone help me with the Paperwork ..

-I already have an year long Bank Statements.

-Client letter from my Director stating that i am employed with them since 2011 as FTE. This letter talks about all my Skillsets & what i am currently working on.

-I have my I140 Approved & H1B Extension till 2015. There is a high possibility that i can make this trip a Business / Training visit. Should i use that Option or keep this personal.

-W2s since 2007-2011. I want to know if W2 then what all should i carry. I have the front page of W2 should that be enough or the entire filing workbook from HR Block (I dont have that for all years but i do for 2011, 2010, 2009).

-Salary Slips for past 6 months.

-All Original I797s

-I129s

-Do they Require all experience letters in Original or Printouts would do. (My employers have sent me the PDFs in mail Scanned never Received in original from my past employer). But i do have them all.

-(I am yet to fill up my DS-160 as i just heard abt my h1b Extension & yet to get my original renewed petitions).

-So i havent done the HDFC bar code Part which i will do.

-Anything besides this that i should bother about.

-Any specific / typical requirements.

Mumbai Consulate H1B Stamping

Hi all,

Had been here in USA for past 6 years currently with I140 approved & Green card processing in EB3. I recently received my extension for another 3 years until 2015 & would like to plan my Mumbai vacation in September 2012. I am currently as working as a FTE of a well known organisation in USA. Company and its lawyers would provide me with paperwork plus some letters from my manager / director with my roles & responsibilities. Designation & titles providing the justification of myself being an FTE.

I would like to know what is the current scene of Mumbai embassy. What is the rejection rate on H1b. Any typical questions / document that you would like to suggest that i should carry. So far my case is clean Graduated in 1996 worked for few Years in Mumbai then came to us as the existing company had no options but to send me. Then moved jobs almost every year & so did the h1bs. now having an h1 with a named us employer.

Do you guys foresee any hurdles. I have heard some people say Consultants are their first targets and not FTE but i did have FTE who were held up with RFEs too both in Mumbai & Hyd.

I am a just a little too worried ...

Can you guys help me understand how is current scene like ...

Don't Just carry the W2s, make sure to carry the 1040's along with them.
