aagga5 Posted August 23, 2012 Report Share Posted August 23, 2012 My current L1B is valid until September,2012. My employer filed for an L1B Extension in May but the petition got rejected. I just want to seek what are the options available with me. 1.) I assume this is too late for filing an H1B now, since the quota for this year has already been consumed. Is that correct OR can I still apply for H1B somehow? 2.) Does the chances of getting a L1B approved increase if I apply for a new L1B petition from Canada? Link to comment
