H1 to H4

Hi, I was going through some other posts and was surprised that even H1 to h4 can get complicated.I have couple of questions on the same

1. do we need paystubs till the application date for h1 to h4 transfer (what happens if we donot for the last month before applying).

2. can we transfer to h4 couple of months afer quiting job.

3.what is the processing time and whats the application fee.

4. is there a premium processing option if yes then howmuch does it cost.

I am going to stop working by this month end and will be traveling to india in the month of decemnber. My husband is on H1 and i will move to H4.
