Second H1B Premium after rejection of first one

Hi All,

I am based out in Hyd. I got 221 g refusal for first H1b stamping when i went to Hyd consulate. Now i want to apply for second one with Chennai consulate. Please let me know if i can go to chennai consulate...if so, how should i do it...??? Please let me know.

No, you can not go to ANY OTHER consulate NOW. as it is pending at HYD consulate.

If it was refused 221g then you need to have another fresh H1B then only you can choose the other consulate. If you're planning to use same H1B for which you got 221g refusal then decision has been made & your not allowed to re-appear at different consulate.
