sam112 Posted August 21, 2012 Report Share Posted August 21, 2012 Hi, My company filed H1-B for me in April. On Aug 7th status has changed to requested for Evidence. As I am in OPT and my OPT expired on Aug 8th. Right now I am in cap gap extension which expires on 9/3012. What if approval of my H1-B falls after October? What are my chances to continue in work? My company attorney asked me to contact foreign student advisor. But I have not hear back from foreign student advisor. And also I have plans to go to India in November. Thanks in advance!
