OFFER LETTER 9089

Hi,

I have questions regarding offer leters.

I was with an employer "A" on H1B till march 26th 2010. Changed employer by intiating H1 transfer on 25th March 2010 to employer "B" and had offer letter from employer B with start date as 25th March 2010.

While preparing 9089 form for PERM processing

I got experience letter from previous employer with End date as march 26th 2010 but attorney says i need to have my current employer offer letter changed after 26th march 2010 while H1 transfer process started on march 25th 2010.

can i do so..?

1 day should not matter. One of my friend has similar situation & PERM and I-140 approved without any query.
