H1B Name change After Divorce and 2nd marriage

I am , on my 8th Year of H1B Visa. i have my I140 filed in EB3 with priority date of 2007.

My ex was on H4 - and i got my divorce filed in India - got divorce June 2012.

I got re- married in August 2012.

My husband is currently in Singapore.

My question is - i want to change my current name (as it has my EX name as my middle name & I use his last name)

if i change my name on my social security and passport, how does it affect my H1B visa / Petition / and my I140?

Also would there be complications when i apply for H4 for my spouse (as my ex was also on H4?)
