ahem Posted August 18, 2012 Report Share Posted August 18, 2012 My employer has filed my H1B with DOT and NAICS Codes that do not match my educational background. I am from pharma background and he is IT staffing - with one of his services being life sciences. The codes in the petition are 168 and 541512. The H1 is approved but I am going for stamping now. will this create any problem? Can this be changed later ? will this create any problems if he code is changed at the time GC filing? thnx!
