7th year H1B and job title change due to reorganization

I'm in my 7th year H1B and my visa expires March, 2013. My EB3 I140 is in approved state. My employer has decided to change my job title to a new one due to reorganization of the IT department. My job description and salary is going to stay the same. Only the job description is going to change.

My Questions:

1. Does this require a change in the H1B petition?

2. Does the job title be reflected in the PERM and I140? Does the process need to be started again for the new job title?
