Hi

have only EAC number and scan copy of petetion.

if want to apply for non cap petetion .is it possible using these two or should I have original petetion(which will not be given by my previous consultant)

2)how may i know that my previous petetion is withdrawn by consultant or not?

copy of approved I-797A should be fine.

You can use approved EAC number of previous employer to check status on USCIS, it will be updated if they've withdrawn.
