srikrishna1981
Hi, I am on L1-B currently which is valid till 11/19/2012. My 1-94 is also valid till the same date. My company has filed for L1-A conversion and I have received RFE on the same. I have been suggested either to reply to RFE or withdraw my L1-A petition and apply for a L1 Blanket visa in Canada. While I have started to pursue the canada option, I was informed that any visa that was undergone 221g case earlier will potentially have difficulties in getting a visa in canada. I have got 221g in 2011 when I have been to India. However, I have got my stamped visa in a week. Would this impact my blanket visa in canada in any way ( Denail, delayed approval )? What is a better? To reply to RFE or apply for L1 Blanket Visa in Canada. Thanks for your time in advance, -Sri Link to comment
