H1B transfer denial

Hello,

Seeking your thoughts regarding my H1B transfer deniel situation.

I came in on 10/15 for Employer A & I94 is valid until 8/2013. Changed jobs in May 2012, yesterday received H1B transfer deniel for Company B. We haven't got the notice yet. I know Company A hasn't revoked the visa yet.

Now,

1. Is my status valid?

2. Can I join the Company A again

3. Is there any grace period, if I were to exit the contry?

4. Can another new employer 'Company C' file visa transfer for me at this point?

Please share any risks and thoughts.

1. Is my status valid?

=> If you have started working for new employer, you are out of status.

2. Can I join the Company A again

=> A new H1b will be needed. No H1b extension, COS when you are out of status.

3. Is there any grace period, if I were to exit the country?

=> You I94 expiry is not reached, no grace period.

4. Can another new employer 'Company C' file visa transfer for me at this point?

=> No H1b extension, COS when you are out of status.

Best bet, leave USA asap, and find employer in USA form your home country.
