My area of study and work in Under TAL. I am going for stamping to India. Please share experiences who are working for nonprofit and went for stamping recently. What documents did you carry and what did they ask for? Can employer take your job if you are stuck in India for indefinite time period for stamping? please reply. thanks Link to comment

There have been a lot of 221g cases these days, with cases being sent back to the USCIS for review (after waiting for long time).. Also these are the ones without TAL (to my knowledge).. If you know u have a TAL category, it would I assume take further time for the processing... So if you still want to come to India, keep a long wait as buffer & be sure u can work remotely from India too (if the situation arises). All the best to you for ur interview.. Link to comment
