My question is that my employer filed my status conversion from L1 to H1 this year. My concern is what will happen if I will switch the company A from where I have filled my status conversion. Can my company A revoke my H1 or once it is approved and stamped I am good to switch the companies with the proper transfer process. Any help around this would be very helpful.
