Travelling with existing visa stamp but changed employer

Hello

I recently changed my employer and went full time with a company B. i have my stamping with my old employer A. H1-b transfer has not been done yet. Thats the next step which will start in a couple of weeks. Now before the H1 transfer starts I need to go to India and will be actually back before H1 transfer process starts. But I am off-boarded with old company A and on-boarded with new company B. Here i have 2 questions.

1. Can I actually travel to India in this situation?

2. Do I need to wait till H1 transfer is done?

3. If I travel after the transfer, do i need to go for stamping again?

Hmm, you can not work for company B unless they have initiated the H1 transfer and they have a receipt notice from USCIS.

=> I wonder how you started working for another employer without starting H1b transfer. It illegal to work with no work authorization, you'll face problems in future immigration matters. Involve an attorney.
