jay181981 Posted June 2, 2011 Report Share Posted June 2, 2011 My Wife went for H4 Stamping on 06/03/2011 and got rejected without any reason. The scenario is: I've done my Masters in Information Technology in India. I changed my L1A Status last year from H1B. My wife status was also changed form L2 to H4. I have not stamped my H1B visa yet. My wife went for her stamping. The VO rejected her visa by saying I'm not eligible for H1. She had all my documents, all original pay slips. Please Help.
