Skfs17 Posted August 14, 2012 Report Share Posted August 14, 2012 Hi all, I was on h1b visa till dec 2011 and l converted to h4 later on. I want to go to Canada to get stamping. Any thoughts on whether there is any issues with us embassy in Canada? My husband is on 7th year extension with Indian employer . He has h1 stamp till 2010 only.should I go for stamping even when he is not having stamping ? Link to comment
