H1 CASE STATUS in Confusion

Hi iam waiting for my usics Initail review from last 3 months.

Last week i.e on 8th august i have seen in web site that status has been changed to post decision activity and very next day again i have seen my status has been changed to initial review.

I dont know what happend need some clarification.

Did any one face this kind of situtaion please need help.

Today I have received Auto email from USCIS stating below:

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On March 11, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Could you please advise me if my case is approved or not? Is there any other action I need to take since my case directly went from initial review to Post decision Activity?
