Is there a possibility of RFE ? In case if its a RFE how long will it take to update in the USCIS dashboard/case status? Link to comment
Attorney_10 Posted August 13, 2012 Report Share Posted August 13, 2012 The USCIS generally adjudicates H1B petitions filed with regular processing in 2-4 months. You can check the current USCIS processing times on the USCIS website. If the petition is outside the normal processing time posted on the website the employer or attorney of record should place a status inquiry with the USCIS National Customer Service Center.
