H1B extention under exemption

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for my H1B extention through my employer, in the past i have entered US 3 times, but now i have found that I dont have one entry date in my passport.

Any options we can get this from some where, because these data are required to get the extention accordingly.

IS there some way to get this information from Airline or from some other way.

As i dont have the e-ticket with me nor the dates on which i arrived and departed, is there any way i can get the details with my passport number ?
