angu_vir
Hi All, I am planning to apply for my H1B extention through my employer, in the past i have entered US 3 times, but now i have found that I dont have one entry date in my passport. Any options we can get this from some where, because these data are required to get the extention accordingly. IS there some way to get this information from Airline or from some other way. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
Attorney_10
Generally, if applying for an H1B extension based on recapture time, the petitioner must include proof of the time spent abroad. This can include copies of the entry/exit stamps in the beneficiary's passport or copies of the airline itineraries showing the date of depature and re-entry into the U.S. or any other evidence verifying the beneficiary was outside the U.S. on the particular dates. Please schedule a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney to discuss the specific facts relating to your case and the options available to you. Link to comment
