Employer is threatening me that he will cancel my approved I-140 if I accept a new job.

Can anyone please advice/help me to what to do for my below situation.

My I- 140 is approved last week, I got a new job offer from some other company. When I told my employer that I am resigning the current job, he is threatening me that he will revoke my approved I-140 immediately if I do so.

Can anyone please let me know how can I use the same PD with my new employer, even if my current employer revokes the approved I- 140.

(New employer said he will be filling for G.C after one year).
