krisarun
Unfortunately, I received the H1 query. They are primarily asking for two sets of documents: 1. Client letter confirming that I work for them. That is easy. 2. two industry standard letter that would need to state that bachelors degree is needed for my job title in the industry. I am having my client provide one industry letter. Who can I ask for the other letter as they require that this letter be provided in company letterhead? Who is qualified to provide this letter? Should my company get the industry letters or is it my responsibility? Any insight would be appreciated. Arun Link to comment
JoeF
The H1 is the employer's application. So the employer should handle any RFE. Link to comment

t75
Many DBAs do not have college degrees. There may be specific requriements for your position. Why is an attorney not involved in your application? Link to comment
