EAD and AP for kids after they turn 21 years

Dear Friends,

Need your advise.

Case history :

My I-140- under EB3-India is approved and field I-485 in Aug-2007 for myself and family. My priority date is Sep-2006

My son is 18 years old and has EAD card because my I-140 is approved under EB3-India and I-485 is filed for all our family members.

Can he be on EAD / Advance parole even after he turns 21?

This is important for him because he is studying Medicine in India which is 5 ½ years duration.

Priority Date : 24-SEP-2006 under EB3 category

Yes, he can apply both EAD and AP every year regardless age once he got his I-485 receipt
