Convert fron non profit H1b to profit H1b

Hi,

I am currently working with a nonprofit organization and they are applying for my H1.

I am planning to acquire new opportunities. How can I get a profit H1b.

I do know that I need to wait till the April quota is open and file a H1 and start working from Oct 1st.

But no employer can wait till OCt1st to start a job. And I can see that the H1 quota is filling quickly.

Am I left with any other options like concurrent H1b.

Please advice.

yes you need to wait till the april quota ..

if you never been on cap subjected h1b in last 6 yrs ..
