Is any limiatation in duration to travel on EAD/AP

I am having EAD/AP which is valid till March 2013. I am planning to travel to India in November. I want to use my AP to re-enter into US. Is there any limitation to travel out of US when you use EAD/AP.

Someone saud you can only go max 4 weeks if you use EAD/AP otherwise it will be an issue while entering back in US . Pleas let me know.

You have to return before your AP expires.
