H1B Expires Nov 8 2012 Please help

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I Visited India for my marriage on October 2011 due to personal reasons i resigned my job in US from India and started working in India @CTS from Febrauary 2012 beliving that CTS is a very large company and they can send me USA as i have valid H1B visa but now chances are not bright and I am also having fear that i am wasting my H1B visa and time here in india.

I Have H1B Stamp till Nov 8 2012 i am in 5th Year of H1B. Can i come to USA if someone offers me job and starting working there immediately ?

Is there any Chance that i can get banned at port of entry ? for staying away for last 10 Months ?

If i want to enter USA again when is the best time and what are the documents i need to carry ?

To come in US, You must have employer who can file Cap Exempt H1B for you. Once it gets approved, you'll have to go for stamping & then only you can come to US.
