atulupare
Hi All, My H1B visa was recently rejected from Singapore. My prospective employer intends to file a fresh H1 this year itself. However I told him that the H1 cap for this year had already been reached. He said that since I faced a rejection, it allowed him to fill that H1 number with a fresh petition (lets say he applied successfully for 5 petitions and 2 faced visa rejections - meaning he can file 2 fresh petitions again). Is this true? Thanks for your help. Regards, Atul Link to comment
