How to continue work in L1B visa after H1 approval

I am working in L1B visa for company A. Currently my L1b Visa is not valid but i have a valid I-94 till 2014. I have filed H1B through B company and the case is in initial review status. How do i continue to work in L1 visa if my H1 petition get approved with COS. Is there any way for this, else can i ask my H1B employer to withdraw my petition since in dont want to leave A company till this year end. Please suggest.
