keerthi02 Posted August 4, 2012 Report Share Posted August 4, 2012 I have EAD based on my husband's pending AOS, Now I have canadian PR (permanent resident) that's going to expire in NOV 2012, Can I keep my current status in USA that is EAD (pending AOS), and obtain canadian citizenship? If yes, How ? can I travel back and forth between canada and US using advance parole, Do I have to inform USCIS about my, intentions of obtaining canada citizenship? please answer in details, if possible, thanks Link to comment
