Question on H1B stamping at Vancouver

Hi Guys,

Today i have attended the interview at Vancouver and interview went well, but at the end interview officer sad the site is down and he gave the same confirmation page as like it is approved ( I checked from the people that got approved) but he didn't confirmed anything. All he sad is he can't let me know whether it is approved or not and I have to check in the site and see the update.

He took my passport and 797 and DS160 confirmation as like others.

Any suggestions on what could happened?
