In 2009 , my H1 extn was denied then I came back to India. H1 extn was approved in Jan 2010. I moved to US in 2010 Aug ( stayed outside for about 14 months). I stayed there for 20 months and I had to come urgently to India and couldn't get visa extn. Am I eligible for H1 extn from India ? What are other option ? any other visa I can apply for ? L1 etc ?
