H4 Visa after merger of companies

Hi Guys

My scenario-

A = My current company (has around 50 employees)

B = Another company (has more than 600 employees)

Currently I am working with company "A", got H1 approved for 3 years starting from october 2012 to september 2015. My current status is F1-OPT. Currently my paycheck and I-797 approved petition says I am working with company "A".

But now, from this month onwards my company "A" is merging with another company "B".

I received a letter(merger letter) from company "B" saying there wont be any changes to my current H1 i.e on my 1797 company name will remain as Company "A" but on my pay stubs there will be Company "B" name.

So the issue is

My wife is going for H4 visa

Q. What other documents she need to carry with her for visa interview related to above mentioned changes ?

Q. What documents should I request from my company (A/B) to represent this changes properly in US consulate in Delhi ?

Q. Any suggestions or things you guys suggest me to keep in mind before going for h4 visa

Hi

My H-1 B will be active from H1 B. Can anyone let me know, when can my wife can go for H4B stamping... I would like to know the buffer where it should not be a question for her..... I heard from blogs that she can enter into USA 10 days before activation.. But my question would be when can we start H4 processing to send to Embassy?

My company is well established one ( Got all the tax etc etc documents)
