Going to H1-B stamping after 1 month of joining in Full time

Hi Friends,

I have moved to Full time from contracting in July and going to stamping on August 13th in Canada.

Will there be any issues if somebody attends the H1B stamping after a month of joining the company.

If anybody knows any case please suggest.

I am also Fultime joined in OPT and working from last 6 months. COS f-1 to H1 on Oct 1st.

experts please advise.....if its okay to go for stamping immediatly after the H1b start date....

i will go for stamping with 1 h1b paycheck and rest will be opt paychecks...

is it okay to go for stamping in oct or should i wait few more months ??

I guess you shouldn't have any problems, if you have right documentation. Client letter, and payslips mandatory. Atleast, make sure you provide all the info about new employer in case of RFE. Also, have the previous employer documentation, just in case. Otherwise, no issues.

You can attend no issues...be ready with perfect documentation...and you are Full Time you should not have any issues...
