h1 stamping in october or december

Hi All,

My H1B starts from october 1st and this was my first H1B(COS from F-1 to H1b). Will there be any issues if I go in October month. Does it make any difference going in October compared to going in December.

Does paystubs make any difference. If i go in december I will have 2paystubs run on H1B. But as I have some marriage plans during December I want to get my stamping done in October.

What do you suggest? October or December

Does VOs sends any questionnarie to clients related to status if there are any 221G's (as my status is COS from F1 to H1b) and my client doesnt know about it.

221g will be given if something is wrong in your case. It may be your employer, your previous status, current job length..anything. You cannot say that every 221g is related to client information.

Don't think about 221g, make sure that your case is strong and you have all the related documents.
