jbshah Posted August 1, 2012 Report Share Posted August 1, 2012 I am currently in India and I have applied for H1b 2013. My application reached USCIS in second week of April. Till date, on USCIS website I see my status as initial review. My application was sent to Vermont Center. It has almost been 4 months and I have not heard anything back on my status. What date is Vermont Center processing currently. Anyone else is also facing delay in the application. Link to comment

lv2013 Posted August 2, 2012 Report Share Posted August 2, 2012 I also applied on 4/4/2012. Receipt date: 5/1/2012. Status: Initial Review. Regular quota and regular processing. Vermont Service Center. It looks like Vermont has approved many new H1Bs filed in April and May 2012 under Master's quota. Has anyone got approval under regular quota (new H1bs)? Link to comment
