Does anybody have an idea how much time will it take to know the decision under normal process and if I upgrade it to PP then how much time should it take. In my understanding normal takes ~90 days and PP ~15days, but just wanted to confirm if this is happening currently or it takes longer. Thanks! Link to comment

krishsm Posted July 31, 2012 Report Share Posted July 31, 2012 My friend filled H1B regular processing on May 21st 2012 and as of now there is no update from USCIS...usually they take 2 months to let their decision know (meaning it can be Approved/Declined/RFE)...Hoping to wait one more week and then his employer will be contacting their USCIS helpdesk for status update if there is no update by that time. Also since I have filed on May 29th, will it really make sense to do PP now (July 31st) or I should wait in Normal process since its too late now ? Link to comment
