returntoindia Posted July 30, 2012 Report Share Posted July 30, 2012 Hi, My employer had filed my H1B extension and its currently in initial review (Receipt Date: June 04, 2012). I am now filing for I539 for my wife. Can I request for a 3 year extension from the current expiry date for my wife's visa even though my petition is not approved yet? Or should i request a lesser time extension? Please advice. Thanks Link to comment
