Is it only the confirmation page with the barcode or the form it self that I filled out. I have a copy of the confirmation page, but I am not sure how to get the form. Can anyone advice me please? You will only need confirmation page with the bar code to attend a interview.Its good to keep a copy of DS160 for your reference(not mandatory) Link to comment
