Business on Employed based GC

Hi,

Once someone receive EB based GC, can individual immediately stop working and start business? It will be greatly appreciate if you can let me know how long individual leave outside USA on EB based GC.

You need to work for your employer for a while, otherwise, you risk getting your GC revoked for fraud.

Is it possible to continue employment with same company with overseas office and not reside in the USA for about 6 months. Return to USA and go back to home country?

With a GC, you have to live in the US. It is called "Permanent Residence" for a reason.

It is not and has never been enough to live abroad and just travel to the US once in a while.
