desanar Posted July 30, 2012 Report Share Posted July 30, 2012 Hi, My H1B expires earlier than EAD and would like to continue woring on EAD. Do i need to notifiy USCIS? My I-94 will expire before I leave contury on EAD, do I need to renew I-94 based on EAD? Please help. Link to comment
kalyan_ac Posted August 1, 2012 Report Share Posted August 1, 2012 You dont have to notify CIS when you start working on EAD. Your employer has to file a I-9 form. When on EAD you dont need a I94. Link to comment
