angu_vir Posted July 30, 2012 Report Share Posted July 30, 2012 Hi, I have been in US on H1B for 2 1/2 years till 2009, NOw if i am moving US in 2012 end on H1B , kindly let me know at what time am i eligible to apply for GC and how much time it takes to approved. If i am going in 2012 end, i will get a visa for another 3 years that end still 2015, and with 1 year extention i can stay in US for 1 more year. till the time my GC is approved can i stay in US even this 4 years are completed. I am looking for another option as If GC will take more time , can apply for canada PR, as i was in North america for 2 1/2 years, kinldy let me know the proceudre for that and the process time.
