Guys, i took visa interview appointment at delhi consulate office on 27 july. He asked me:

I was on EVC Model with same employer:

what did you do in masters and from where:

Got 221g green slip and he took all my relevent docs along with pp. It went on AP and after prolong wait for 4 month i got mail fro vfs to collect pp with no stamp.

After, i worked in india on different company and my same employer filed new petition that expired on sept 2011. Approved in dec 2011 and went for stamping on july 2012.

VO Asked me following questions when i appeared for Interview at Delhi again:

Second interview questions:

Which city/state

Replied

Which employer: replied

Who is your client: I will be working on internal project.

What do your company do: Replied

How many employees: replied

What is my job roe: Replied

It seems you have done masters from US AND WHERE: Replied the date when entered usa and finished studies then worked on cpt and got h1b approval.

How long have you worked with this company: Replied

Hows your edu. related to your work: Replied

Then he asked me the documents that included offer letter, lca paper, i129 and relevent docs.

He said he will personally review the docs. I took my passport back as i have to visit my closest friend in Singapore who got attack yesterday.

He didnt provide any color slip to me and said he will get back to me shortly.

Please confirm how long it will take and It means my case again went to Admin processing ??

what are the chances for getting visa stamped.

Hey Rahul,

Yes, i will be working on internal project as my employer is specialised on private labelling cloud application and they provide state level & governmentsolutions. They require an employee who can manage in-house developed usage model at their location.

My master degree in Bus. Administration from US. But i am specialised in IT Field and have done individual coursework from IBM and IT Certifications on my relevent field and skill. I am working in India with prestigious company on the same relevent field and i will be doing the same kind of work in USA as well.

Since VO didnt give me any slip. and asked for my employer letter to USCIS. I have seen less number of people who didnt issue any slip. what are the chances for me?

Based on the info you have mentioned

1. VO wants to make sure that the internal project really exists. Actually, in the interview you should have told them that you work at employer location and explained the project in detail. how many ppl work on this project??

2. Your master's degree is not related to the field you are intending to work. I can't say how strong is your documentation to support that you have enough knowledge in IT though you have degree from non-IT dept.( certification's doesn't work, we need a degree from a accredited univ)

hey rahul,

I told him specifically that i will be working on internal project at my employer location and described him a project & description in detail when he asked me.

When he asked me how does your edu. is related to work. then , i explained him that my technical skill thru Technical experience with previous employer & IT Certification help me to understand the functional knowledge of IT Domain & people mgmt skill thru master level help me to interpret client requirement properly. Then, he paused and wrote something on his computer. The, he asked me the employer letter to USCIS that include new i797, lca, 129, my updated resume, attorney letter. He said he will personally review it and provided no slips nothing.

Well in that case, you should have told that I am a direct employee instead of saying that I will work on internal project.

Let's wait for the email..!!!!

It stated in mail “Kindly note, you are requested to submit your passport at the nearest VFS centre for further processing.

Please log on to the given link in order to check the nearest US Visa Application Centre.

VFS Centre Timings: – 8:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 3:00pm (Monday to Friday).

Also you need to pay Rs183/- in cash (VFS Service Charges) while submission of passport/Documents at the respective VFS centers.

If they have mentioned to submit any documents, then you have to.Did they?

But onething is clear, this is a positive sign.
